The journey of Honeycomb Creative Support began when the founder of the company Mr. Noufel AN, who was a print technologist with 15 years of experience lost his job in April 2008. Upon losing his job abruptly and having only a bank balance of 17,000 INR he struggled a lot to find another job. With the help of a well-wisher, he rented a 100sqt place costing 5000 INR and started his entrepreneurial journey by opening an image editing boutique studio. He received his first payment of 17,500 INR launched a website sooner and began connecting with more people, got his first CGTMSE loan for 2 lacs, and started growing the company slowly, for having a team of only 10 people in the initial days, it grew into a team of 110 people. Won two prestigious national awards for the best creative repro company of the year, Mr. Noufel also launched “Photostop”, along the way, providing fine-art printing services. 


They grew from a graphic and image editing studio to a 360- degree communication agency.  


He shared a few personal experiences to help fellow start-ups, he asked them to not be scared about failure, because eventually, it’ll prove to be a benefit to them. After trying for 4 years to get a contract with Infosys he didn’t stop and finally got one, and now he is their regular service provider for the past 5 years. He asks them to be more flexible and not to reject any opportunities for a minor difference in the pricing. He once rejected a company and later on decided to let go and give it a try, now the company is giving nearly 2Cr every year for the services provided by him.
